Lightly step on the tattoo foot switch with your foot to turn on the power supply, start the tattoo machine, and then slowly rotate the elastic force adjusting screw. At this time, the working current of the tattoo machine will gradually increase with the contact tightness between the adjusting elastic force screw and the elastic piece (when the tattoo machine is normal, the smaller the current, the better the performance of the tattoo machine). Gently touch the end of the square iron hanging needle with your finger to feel the strength. By constantly and slowly adjusting the voltage, the contact tightness of the elastic screw and the elastic piece, the four-way iron hanging pin of the tattooing machine has sufficient strength, speed and smooth travel. In the best state, the sound of the tattooing machine is clear and pleasant, and there is no noise after long-term work.

The working voltage can be adjusted according to personal operating habits. The working voltage is about 10V when tattooing and cutting, and the high point can be adjusted appropriately when painting and fogging.

All tattoo specific power supplies are equipped with overload or short-circuit electronic protection devices. When the power supply indicator lights green and the voltage is zero due to improper adjustment or unintentional short-circuit of the power hook wire, the power switch button on the tattoo power supply should be turned off to check the cause. After the cause is found, the switch button on the tattoo power supply should be turned on for re commissioning. After the adjustment is satisfactory, tighten the screw to lock the elastic screw.
