Fault causes and Solutions
1. The elastic rod does not touch the contact point of the oblique spring piece. Loosen the screw of the elastic rod to make the elastic rod rotate downward to touch the contact point, and then rotate to a proper position. Tighten the screw to lock the elastic rod.
2. The power switch is not turned on. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch. The indicator light is red
3. The adjusting button is at the zero position, and the pointer of V meter is at the zero position. The adjusting button rotates slowly clockwise, and the pointer of V meter also rotates. The pointer of V meter should stop at 6-10v.
4. When the elastic rod touches the front spring contact, it is too tight to start, which may cause short circuit of the power supply. Turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will be green without voltage. Loosen the screw of the elastic rod, loosen the elastic rod upward from the spring contact, readjust the elastic rod to touch the contact, restart the power supply, and adjust the elastic rod to the appropriate position.
5. Shutdown during work: often when working, you are not careful and do not know when to pull the power cord and leave the junction position. Check whether the foot switch and the plug of the power cord are in place
6. After finishing the work, when cleaning and disinfecting the tattoo machine, pull the wire on the machine and check whether the wire head on the tattoo machine is dislocated (broken). Find an electrician and weld the wire
7. Turn on the power and the jump indicator lights green. Check whether the plug on the power line and the plug on the foot switch are broken. If it is broken, it may touch the wire (short break). If it is broken, it should be welded with a soldering iron. It's OK!
