Pay attention to the following five points to prevent the trouble of tattoo color splashing out of the needle mouth:
If you encounter the problem of color splashing out of the needle nozzle, there are several possibilities. Slight splashing is normal, sometimes caused by overfilling of color. Some needle tips are not allowed to contain too much color. Square needle tips are easier to splash than round ones, and needle tips of light materials (such as disposable needle tips) are easier to splash than others. When the connecting edges of the needle tips are sharpened after long-term use, check their wear and replace them in time to avoid cutting the skin like a blade. Normal use of the machine will also splash a small amount of color.
By paying attention to those connection points, you may save a lot of trouble caused by color splashing.
First, make sure that the tip of the tattoo needle is close to the lower wall of the needle mouth.
Secondly, make sure that when the needle moves up and down, it will not touch the inner wall of the metal tube of the handle system, otherwise the resistance caused by friction will reduce the strength of the tattoo needle into the skin.
Third, make sure that the rubber bands are in good condition and have good tensile properties. Each time you pull them away from the needle bar, release them and return them to their original positions. Check and make sure they are not loose or worn. Replace the rubber band every 15 to 20 hours after the tattoo operation. This won't cost much. If they don't work properly, you should try to find out why they cause splashes.
Fourth, make sure that the contact is correctly adjusted to the best position.
Fifth, look at the tip of the needle mouth. If it has been worn, it will cause splashing. Take out the needle, see if there is a groove in the needle mouth where the needle is exposed, and grind it smooth.
Color splash may be caused by one or more of the above reasons. Find out the causes one by one until they are completely solved.
If none of the above methods works, you can only change a tattoo needle.
If it still doesn't work, check the shrapnel and replace the broken ones. Sometimes the rear elastic piece connected with the screw is easy to break. The abnormal operation of the shrapnel also tends to splash the color.
